1. Why did the price for an item show an increase the last time I saw it here?
The precious metal market, like all other popular market, is highly fluctuated. The index had increased by a significant amount over the past several years. Though our pricing is affected by the index, we will try to keep it low and competitive at all times. What that can translate to is that if you purchase an item from us today, it will have greater value in the future.
2. What are my payment choices?
We are currently accepting the following method of payments: Google Checkout: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.

3. Do I have to pay sales tax?
We charge sales tax (use tax) on all shipments to California only. The current tax rate is 9.75%.
4. How do I get a copy of my invoice or receipt?
When you make purchase through Google Checkout, Google
Checkout will send a copy of the order to your email. Your transaction information
will also be retained within Google Checkout. You can also track your order through
our web site. All you need to locate the order on our site are your Transaction
ID and the amount charged for that order. Please use the
Find my Order page located above next to the Home button.
Qualibuy.com intuitive Order Management System will
allow our customer to better review, keep track, and manage the purchase. We have
created a friendly printable format for all the invoices. The system will also allow
our customers to create an easy return authorization for items purchased with step
by step instructions. For more information please refer to our

To use our Order Management system, you must register for an account with us. Registration
is fast and simple. For more information about registering, please refer to our
Registration FAQs.
5. Do you accept bulk order or offer wholesale discount?
Not at this time. However from times to times we have
promotional discount and reward discount for our customers, please opt-in to receive
promotional email from us and you will be notified when a discount is available.
6. Is your website secure to order from?
Yes, we use 192-bit encryption technology to store
important account information such as your password. When you order, the transaction
information is not entered nor registered with our site, but with our payment processor
vendor which is currently Google Checkout.
After you complete the purchase through Google
Checkout, we will be sent an email notification and then we can repost the details in our system. Therefore it takes some times (generally 1 - 24 hours) before the
order will appear in our system.
7. Do you accept
other payments besides Google Checkout, like Paypal?
Currently we are only processing orders via Google
Checkout. Google Checkout is a secure and convenient way to process online transaction
and I am sure many of our customers already have had a Google email account and
Google checkout account. Google Checkout is backed by Google Guarantee when it comes
to deliver true values and assurance to our customers as well as our company.
If you do not yet have a Google Checkout account,
it is very fast and easy to sign up for one. The link to signup with a Google
Checkout account is http://checkout.google.com.
In the past, we had used Paypal and the decision
to switch to Google Checkout was to have a uniform payment processor that is transparent
and customer centric. It allows our company to focus more on delivering the goods
and services to our customers.
While it had not yet been determined, we are also
evaluating having Paypal again sometimes in the future to provide our customers
with more choices.
8. How do I make
purchase?
Shopping on our website is easy: just add the
items you want to the cart. You can make adjustment to the quantity and configurable
options of the items and the price will be updated accordingly. On the shopping
cart page, you will also be able to view the cost of all the items before applicable
tax and shipping charge.
Once you are ready to make the purchase, you can
click on the Google Checkout button and navigate to your Google Checkout account
to finalize the transaction. Google Checkout will process the purchase and update
the total amount with applicable tax and shipping. You will also be able to enter
a coupon code for the items purchased. For more information about using discount

9. Can I edit the
shopping cart after I was transferred to Google Checkout page?
Yes, you still can make changes to the items or
add/remove items on the shopping cart after you had clicked on the Google Checkout
button and navigated to the Google Checkout page.
Click on the "Back" button on the web browser
until you return to Qualibuy.com shopping cart page. You can make changes there
and continue shopping to add/remove items. Once you are ready, you can click on
the Google Checkout button again to navigate away from Qualibuy.com and finalize
your purchase at the Google Checkout page.
10. Is my transaction
information safe?
Yes, you payment information is completely secured
and kept with Google Checkout. Qualibuy.com do not get a hold of and we do not have
access to your payment information:
1. When you complete the purchase and "Place the
Order" with Google Checkout, your credit card is authorized for the amount of the
purchase.
2. Qualibuy.com does not charge the credit card until the order is shipped.
3. A copy of the order details is emailed to you and to Qualibuy.com from Google
Checkout. It will contain a certain identifiable information about the purchase
including: a. transaction id; b. date and time of purchase; c. what items are purchased;
d. details of each items purchased; e. break down of pricing and cost for items
as well as applicable taxes, shipping, and discount; f. shipping information; g.
summary is payment method as well as risk assessment
Google Checkout do not share your specific payment
information with Qualibuy.com, and we have no way of obtaining such information.
Google Checkout provide the panel for sellers to update the purchase with tracking/shipping
information and commit the charge when it is completed.
11. After making
a purchase by Google Checkout, I cannot see the Order details on Qualibuy.com?
Once you make a purchase and had received email
confirmation from Google Checkout, the order will appear on our website within 1
- 24 hours.
To view your order on our site, please navigate
to the Find my Order page. You will need to have the
Transaction ID and the Order Amount to bring up the correct order for display.
If you are registered with Qualibuy.com, you will
also be able to "Manage the Order" and have it permanently assigned to your Qualibuy.com
account. Our automated Order Management features easy ways to print, review, and
create Return Authorization (Please refer to our Shipping
and Return policy for more details).
